Once therapy begins, confidentiality and privacy are protected under Ontario’s health privacy legislation (PHIPA), and further details will be provided in our client consent forms.

4. Online Booking and Communication

We may offer the ability to request or schedule appointments online. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. We reserve the right to accept or decline new clients based on clinical appropriateness and availability.
